automatically turn
off the movement and the sound once it is dark. No more
worrying
about overnight guests being awakened by an unexpected musical number
in the middle of the night. A quality clock will feature quartz movement for precision and accuracy. As these clocks are meant to be hung on the wall they are usually battery operated. This makes it possible to place them in areas that do not have electrical outlets.
